1. Offers/agreements
1.1 All offers from Fly Supply are without commitment and Fly Supply keeps the right to change prices at any time.
1.2 An agreement is official after acceptance by Fly Supply. Fly Supply has the right to refuse an order or to attach special conditions to an order. In that case Fly Supply will notify you within 2 days.
2. Payment
2.1 We accept the following ways of payment:
Regular bank transfer
Ideal
PayPal
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are including VAT and excluding administration/shipping charges.
3.2 The invoice will be sent by email within one day after ordering. The invoice needs to be paid within 14 days otherwise the order will be cancelled and the products will not be delivered to the client. In this case a new order will have to be made.
4. Delivery
4.1 We dispatch the ordered products within 2 working days after receiving payment, not within 2 days after order. (If a product is not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible.)
There is a slight possibility that there is a delay in TNT post (through which organization shipments are made), we cannot be held responsible for this.
4.2 The delivery schedule is indicative; we do not take responsibility for any delays.
5. Guarantee
5.1 Fly Supply will only deliver flies which have been tied with the greatest care and craftsmanship. If a customer is not satisfied, the products can be sent back and the complaint will be dealt with.
5.2 It is not possible to refund any money.

Orders from outside Europe are also possible; for information you can contact us by E-mail.
It is also possible to collect your order at our shop, in that case there are no shipment/order charges.

When you order through the Fly Supply site we of course need some personal information.
With the help of this information we can handle your order and keep you informed about the status of your order. Your personal information will only be used for processing your order. Fly Supply will never pass on or sell client information to third parties. Further use, as for newsletters, is not possible without your explicit consent.
